At Relo US we help people move across town, across country or around the world. We're not a moving company, but we can find you an excellent one. We're not a Realtor®, but we only work with the great ones. We're not a utility company or internet provider, but we can get them set up for you. And so much more!The array of vendors we work with is vast and diverse. Check out the examples on our "Vendor Services" page. You choose what vendor categories you want us to source for you, and we'll find you the ones that work best for you! After that, you can engage them and handle your own move, or have us do it for you. The level of support is entirely up to you.Because our services are so flexible, they're also very affordable. This service is great for the person who loves to "do it yourself" - DYI - but wants a little direction. It's inexpensive, but chocked full of value!We provide you with a curated list of service companies specific to your need/request for your origin or destination locations. Mid Level Support
Relo Coordinator™
This service is designed for the individual or family who wants or needs support with their relo. Maybe you need some help sourcing a Realtor® or mover. Perhaps life is super busy and you need someone to take some of the load. Or perhaps you need some work done on the house before you sell it - and you want a "good deal".The great news is our Relo Coordinator™ is incredibly flexible.Here's how it works: together we develop your specific list of service companies / vendors. You authorize us to secure bids and/or estimates from them for their services. Next, you select the companies you want to work with (we're happy to help you with that decision). Then, you contract directly with them. Essentially, we are your personal procurement or bid department. We do all the "leg work" for you, saving you huge amounts of time.We will also create your move plan/calendar that you can use to manage your move yourself, or we can manage for you!Here's how it works if you want us to "take care of your move". You hire the service provider(s), but we coordinate their work! We make the calls and send the emails, keep the service companies on-time and on-budget, while you manage "the rest of life"! We keep you informed on their progress, using whatever methods you prefer - phone, text, email - or all of the above!"Does your move have "lots of moving parts" - maybe specialty items, like art or wine collections, or several pets or cars? Premium Support
Relo Manager™
This is our premium service. It's built for a large home, ranch or estate move. It's also appropriate for a move with multiple specialty items - like fine or rare furniture, art, wine or car collections. Or for the move that has a level of complexity due to scheduling demands or unique trades work or interior decorating activities that may be required at the origin or destination home. The typical clients are: large families, senior business managers, business owners or executives, professional athletes or entertainers.Here's how it works:
We scope your relocation in terms of timing, locations (from/to), services to be managed, size and scale. This determines the resources required for to your relocation. Your team will include at a minimum: a Relo Manager™ and (if required) 1 or more Vendor Managers, along with support from our management team.Your Relo Manager™ will then develop a customized relo plan, secure bids and quotes from any/all applicable vendors, review these with you and create your relo budget, inclusive of our services and those of the various service companies you want us to manage. Once you approve the plan, we help you get all your service company / vendor contracts in place. Your Relo Manager™, following your specific preferences and guidance, then begins coordinating and managing all aspects of your relo plan!This coordination, communication and management includes, but is not limited to working with: Realtors®, movers, crating/packing providers, trades people, decorators, utility companies, internet service providers, security services, even inspectors, appraisers, lending sources, and more. (See our service company types via the link below. Not seeing a service you want? Just let us know.)Your level of engagement depends on your preference. We can work in a very collaborative way or "take the reins" you give us. We will always, however, keep you fully informed.If desired, the Relo Manager™ or Vendor Manager(s) can be on site for specific vendor activities, as you may require.
